Ruegger is senior producer of the cartoon series. He has written many of the cartoons. Nathan Ruegger, the voice of Skippy Squirrel, is his son, and all three of his children (the other two are Luke and Cody, and each has done a voice for Animaniacs as well) were the inspiration for the Warners. He also appeared in the cartoon Yes, Always, as the producer.
