The COLT follows the design of the ACK and lets the content stand on its own. It may seem plain, but it is readable and does not attempt to dictate to the reader how it is viewed.
The html used in COLT is written to be compliant with the HTML 4.0 Strict standard. The COLT pages have been written to be HTML 2.0 compliant as well, as much as possible. If there are any problems, please let me know.
