A crowd of of reporters and other media personalities shows up to see Sylvester unveil... Granny.

Granny finally is able to take a cake to the neighbors and gets quite a shock when Gossamer answers the door and the mad scientist shows up a moment later. He quickly apologizes and the mad scientist and Gossamer both remove masks to reveal a rather normal couple. They claim to be having Halloween party and Granny, at long last, gives them the cake. Everyone is relieved, but this time even Sylvester doesn't see the couple remove the second set of masks.

The Smell Of Victory

Credits

Synopsis

The Rhode Island Ruffians are playing the University of Florida Fandangos in the Fruit Bowl and the Ruffians have a good lead. The rather excitable announcer wonders about the Fandangos' chances when Pepe Le Pew joins the field. The skunk sees athletics as a way to get girls. While left alone by his own team, Pepe also is avoided by the opposing team and so is able to run up the score.

Some of Ruffians try masking Pepe's smell by dousing themselves in perfume. Another tries using a clothespin to hold his noses closed, only to have Pepe pluck it off to hang hi laundry on a goalpost. The skunk brings the score to a tie with only a minute of play to go and has nobody trying to stop him. But Pepe doesn't try to win the game, heading in the wrong direction. He doesn't see it as being wrong, though, since he's running toward the cheerleaders.

Mighty Insure Of Himself

Credits

Synopsis

Salesduck Daffy makes his way through the desert, passing a what seems to be a less fortunate salesduck, to the abode of Wile E Coyote. Wile E. brings him inside and immediately deduces that Daffy is an insurance salesman and tells the duck he has no need of insurance. Daffy persists, suggesting an accident policy.

Daffy watches as Wile E. sets out to catch a prairie dog. A misstep and some loose rope leaves the prairie dog unaffected and the coyote without much of the fur on his back. Another attempt ends with a glue gun explosion slamming Wile E. into a cactus. In each case, Daffy tells him how much money he would have gotten if he had an insurance policy.

The next attempt to get the prairie dog involves a bit of machinery, exploding candy, and water to set off the candy. The machine jams while being tested and as Wile E. inspects it, Daffy removes the item holding it back. The trap springs on the coyote, who gets force-fed the explosive candy and the water. After that disaster, Daffy manages to get Wile E. to start signing papers. The duck only later realizes that the coyote has had too many accidents and doesn't qualify for his insurance. Wile E. exacts vengeance by trapping Daffy and having him fed the explosive mix.
