All Decked Out

Synopsis

Elmer Fudd welcomes viewers to his home improvement show and explains that this particular show will be about cleaning up and landscaping a yard and building a deck. The yard does look like it is overdue for some attention. Elmer starts off with an Acme, his sponsor, combination lawn care machine that he rides like a bucking bronco.

The noisy machine disturbs Bugs Bunny, and then almost mangles him. Bugs asks what the fuss is about and gets told he's being evicted. Elmer has the deed to the property. He does not, however, have his eyes on where he is going and crashes into the house while arguing with Bugs.

Fudd follows up with rolls of grass sod. This neatly avoids seeding and weeds, but Bugs is unavoidable. When the sod is down, signs go up. The signs are intended to tell Bugs to keep away. They don't work. Elmer plans the deck right over the hole Bugs calls home. Trying to fill in that hole gets the dirt thrown back at him. Changing plans to place a large rock there instead only results in Fudd getting crushed.

Desperate, Fudd turns to the Acme Insta-Turbopaver, planning on filling Bugs' hole with concrete. Bugs arranges for the thing to fill the house instead. When the house is filled, the excessive splashes out and coats Elmer. Afterwards, while resting in a hammock, Bugs notes that Elmer was right after all and the yard is better, at least aside from the statue in it.

Tomorrow Never Ssssspies

Credits

Synopsis

Daffy and Porky stand before a police seargent who tells them that dynamite is exploding when expected, guns are firing as planned, and anvils are not falling. Somehow, Acme products are becoming reliable, changing the world in a worrisome way. Daffy and Porky are to investigate undercover as FBI agents and get Acme back to its usual, low quality.

The pair go to the Bahamas to check out the Acme warehouse, which is on a strangely stormy and forbidding island. After a pause to put on useless disguises, they get into the warehouse. Porky keeps his composure and asks to look through safety records while Daffy loses his self-control upon seeing the very shapely Acme district manager, Exotica Ladame. The duck falls for Exotica, not believing Porky when he points out the altered documents, nor his own eyes as evidence is shred.

Daffy tests several Acme products and is surprised. Anvils don't fall when he pulls a rope going to the shelf they are on. A catapults doesn't send him flying, or anywhere. A rocket doesn't blow up or turn back on him, or even launch. Just as he concludes that everything is safe, the anvils falls on him, the catapult clobbers him, and rocket crashes into him.

The duck and pig awaken strapped to a table. Ernst Stavros Fudd is masterminding a plan to make Acme products work so that villains will have working weaponry. To ensure that, Fudd will blast Daffy and Porky with an atomic cannon so they can't interfere. Fudd must press the button to fire the cannon himself, as Exotica refuses, saying she's fallen in love.

After a huge explosion, Daffy, Porky, and Exotica share a rubber raft. Porky explains that the atomic cannon was made by Fiends-R-Us which is a division of Acme. Daffy tells Exotica to kiss her sweetheart, thinking it's himself. The duck is put out to discover it's Porky that Exotica has fallen for.
